ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
Here at York Dental Clinic our patients come first.
We have friendly staff, a clean facility and excellent customer service.
Dental bonding is a procedure in which a tooth-colored composite resin material is applied and hardened with a special light, which ultimately “bonds” the material to the tooth to restore or improve person’s smile. The composite resin used in bonding is used for.
Crowns are used to restore root canal treated and severely damaged teeth due to decay or fracture. Crowns are fabricated in the lab using porcelain, gold or metal. The crown strengthens the tooth structure and helps prevent future decay.
Fillings are used to restore tooth damage caused by tooth decay or abrasion/erosion which leads to wearing off of tooth structure. In our office we primarily use composite or tooth-colored fillings which are virtually not detectable.
Bridges are used to replace a missing tooth/teeth in both a cosmetic and functional fashion. A bridge is a fixed dental restoration which is used to replace one or more missing teeth to adjacent healthy teeth.Using a bridge to fill the gap.
